Sometimes, you just need a little help...

MileOne Autogroup established the MileOne Support Fund in 2019 with the mission to provide financial assistance to eligible MileOne employees in times of disaster or emergency hardship. For years, MileOne Autogroup has supported the communities we work and live in. In order to expand our scope of support, we have created the MileOne Support Fund dedicated to our most significant assets, our employees.

Initially launched with the financial funding from our CEO, Steve Fader, this fund is now supported by MileOne employees who generously contribute funds to our 501(c)(3) in support of helping their fellow employees.

Testimonials

"I'm writing this letter to say thank you all for all you have done for me at this time of need. It helped me with the ability to get back and forth to work and I really appreciate and am so grateful that you all took the time out to help me and it means a lot to me. Again thank you so much" - Terrell

“In May of 2020, I was involved in a major head on car crash. The man wasn't paying attention and simply drove right into me at a relatively high rate of speed. I was very fortunate to have walked away, but as a result of the accident, I ended up with some serious spinal injuries that required me to have spinal surgery. Due to this, I was forced to be out of work for over a month and a half. During that time, my wife also lost her job in the hospitality industry due to the pandemic. While I was at first unaware that this program was something I would qualify for, my Human Resources department brought this to my attention and really did an excellent job in staying on top of everything to ensure that i can get some help when needed. After a simple phone call and explanation as to what I need and what I need it for, they provided me with a grant to help us get through these tough times, until I was able to get back on my feet here at work. Looking for and asking for help is always a humbling and humiliating experience for some. The people at EAP for MileOne made me feel much more comfortable and put me more at ease. I will certainly be looking to contribute more so that someone else that needs help, can get it too. Thank you!”     - Dustin
